Commissioning a portrait is easy. If you have some clear photographs already then I can usually work from them. Or, if you prefer, you can visit me at my home and I will take pictures of your animals myself, and work from those, once we have agreed on a preferred composition and pose. If you have any questions about the suitability of your photographs, then you can email them to me at sally@soulfulpets.co.uk.

 

If preferred, you can complete the form below, or telephone or text me (contact details are at the foot of each page).  Once I have received the form, I will contact you by email or telephone if you prefer. If, after discussing your project and available photographs, you wish to go ahead, then I will book your commission. I take a 10% deposit to secure your booking. I guarantee an excellent likeness, so I cannot take on any commissions where the photographs are not suitable for me to acheive this. It is of the utmost importance to me that you will be delighted with your finished portrait and therefore I will refund your deposit if you are not happy.

I accept payment by cheque, Paypal, or direct bank transfer. If you would like to pay by Paypal there is a direct button on the 'Payments' page on this website.

 

I will email you a photograph of your completed portrait when it is finished. Once you have confirmed that you are happy, then the balance of payment is due. Portraits are sent out to you on receipt of this. Please allow up to two weeks extra for framing as they are individually made. You can choose the style of frame, and I will email you some examples shown around your completed artwork for you to choose from. If you are in a hurry, then I can order the frame before the portrait is completed, but I will require a non refundable payment for the frame in order to do this as all frames are made to order.

 

Portraits are sent out by courier and insured for their full value. For orders over £350, this cost is included in the price if you are inside the UK. Please contact me for a quote if you are outside of the UK.
